Cingjing Farm

The perfect setting for families to mingle with some farm animals and watch sheep-shearing, Cingjing Farm offers city dwellers the opportunity to get close to horses, ponies and sheep. Visitors can buy packs of feed to experience feeding the horses or sheep.

With the farm being located 2000 meters above sea level, a gorgeous view of the neighboring Hehuan Mountain awaits you at Cingjing Farm and you can be guaranteed of an experience that is unlike any other.

Small Swiss Garden

Be transported to Switzerland as you step into the Small Swiss Garden! This picturesque garden park is located close to 7-11, Starbucks and MOS Burger, making it the perfect place to take a pit stop as you explore Cingjing. Beautiful fountains dot the scenic garden amongst the bright and colorful fauna and flora.

Old England

As you make your way up to Cingjing Farm, watch out for this English mansion set against the beautiful skyline. The Old England is a luxury bed and breakfast that visitors can stay at as they explore Cingjing. All the furniture in the bed and breakfast are imported from England, and the meals served here are all English inspired.

Dinner at the Old England is only served to customers checked in at the bed and breakfast, but you can always pop by for lunch or tea.

The Carton King themed restaurant offers visitors the ultimate experience by serving up delicious foods in bowls and plates made of paper; even the ceilings, walls, chairs and tables are made of corrugated paper. After a satisfying meal, head on over to their souvenir shop where you can browse and purchase paper-made items such as hats and bags.

Lumama

Serving up delicious and authentic Yunnan delicacies is Lumama, a restaurant set up in an old England style mansion overlooking the scenic mountainside. Lumama is located just 15-20 minutes away from Cingjing Farm and all of their dishes are made with produce from the nearby farms, so you can be guaranteed of only the freshest and most organic food. The menu at Lumama is so varied that you will be hard pressed to decide on what to order. However, some of the more popular selections include Crispy Deep Fried Bamboo Worms, Thai-style Spicy Chicken, Spicy Mung Bean Cake, Angelica Baked Eggs, Dang-Gui Herbal Chicken Soup and Yunnan Rice Noodles.

Scenic and tranquil Cingjing is perfect for those seeking to take a breather from the busy city life. It is reachable from Taipei Train Station via coach to Puli in Nantou. Upon arrival at Puli Bus Station, take the Nantou Bus going on the Song-gang and Cuifeng route, and alight at Cingjing Farm. It will take about 4-5 hours from Taipei to Cingjing.
