Have a Lovely Weekend

For those of you celebrating St. Patricks day this weekend or hosting a lovely outdoor party in honor of this beautiful weather, here are some easy steps on how to greet your guests in the simplest and most successful way.

Prepare your market list in the morning, throw down a chic vintage table cloth, top it off with a lovely vase and some brightly colored flowers, put on the Francoise Hardy pandora station, break out some cheese and olives, open up a bottle of champagne, and lastly add some cheery coasters to greet your lovely guests. Oh,  and don’t forget to wear green this weekend or else you will get pinched!

Isn’t this Trina Turk dress perfect for this weekend’s celebration?

Spring Fresh

I can’t believe two weeks have already flown by since my first day at the shop. It has been such a joy working alongside Liz and Ami! Each day, I look forward to coming up with fun new projects and posting weekly mood boards.

For the past few days it has been cold and rainy in Charleston and the weather has made me ready for spring. So for this weeks blog post, I have decided to post about all things fresh, green, and nourishing that we have at the shop!

Have a great weekend!

Planning for Planners!

One of my most satisfying activities is buying a new planner. Yes, I am that geeky. And deep down you know you love it too…. Stop denying. Standing in front of your options, the year is so full of opportunities. Everything is a blank slate. How shall you choose?!

Basic black or outrageous hues? Lined or unlined? Weekly or Monthly? Pocket size or ginormous desk notebook with pockets and rings and a pencil pouch? Oh be still my organized heart!

And it’s October which means 2013 is almost here. Woah. So the time has come to start planning for your planner. We’ve got some ideas for you. Ahem. Come on in!
